Last month I received an email and phone call from a corporation that is interested in purchasing my clock website in the low six figures. The money I invested with PMI was the best money I ever spent. To not invest your money and time with PMI would be like sky diving for the first time without an experienced pilot or skydiver. Now that would be nuts!

To date both sites are published and finally recognizedby the search engines. I actually have a 1 page rank with Google and also gaining on the organic pageson some keywords has placed my stores on pages 1, thru 5.

Most of the success is due to the training from PMI and how it can work for me. There was so much to learn and all of you have been wonderful. Honestly, I know without a doubt I would not be this far without your help and support.

My second store I pretty much built it on my own in just 11 days at 16 hrs a day and published it on the 14th day, with just a little help from PMI. All is due to the patience and training of PMI coaches.

Last month I received an email and phone call from a corporation that is interested in purchasing my clock website in the low six figures and itmade me feel proud when he said he loved everything about the site, the design, color, and product. He said he could not believe that it was my first attempt and how great it looked. I told him about PMI and the help and support that I received. He just couldn't believe it.

Family and friends that see the store can't believe that I did it myself with your help. They know that this is not my thing.

I have had about 28 sales on the clock site since the beginning of April, (very exciting)however at this time it is very slow due to summer. My jewelry store is more challenging more competition, but I am determined to have it in the game come October for the Christmas season. Just learning all of those tricks from the PMI coaches helped me so much. It really works! I am already thinking of my third site (product wise) and want to start building it this month and publish it in August, so it too can be ready for the Christmas season.

Thanks to Andy, Mike, Rich, Davin and so many that have helped me through this. I know that the story would have had a different ending had I not investedmy money and time and allowed all of you to help me succeed. The money I invested with PMI was the best money I ever spent and I will recommend your company to anyone who asks. I would say, to not invest your money and time with PMI would be like sky diving for the first time without an experienced pilot or skydiver. Now that would be nuts! Get the experienced help and land safely on your feet.

One more note is that when I started building my first store I found 2 competitors (in business for 5 years, on page 1 organic) that I wanted to be next to or near at the top. Well that has already happened. It is as exciting as they have made some changes to their stores that look like mine. I think I am getting on their nerves. Yes!

I’m a bird that has been able to fly the coop. It's taken me only a few short months to exceed $50,000 in sales!  I'm converting between 2.5% and 3% of my visitors and sales are climbing quickly. I anticipate hitting $100,000 by the end of my busy season, which is May. Maybe even sooner…

Maybe even sooner the way things are going. A big thank you goes out to everyone. I really didn't expect things to be so busy for me right now but I'm not complaining.

Thanks,

Holly E.

Our website works so well that we have a number of quotes of over the $100,000 mark. We just received a P.O. forover $27,000. This whole chain started from an ad PMI taught me how to write. Every timeI talk to one of you I learn so much that I am severely temptedto pat myself on the back because I was smart enough to get you on my team.

First, both of us are computer neophytes.

Second, we didn’t have enough money to start a business. We had to borrow all the money.

Third, I did all the work myself based on the information they gave me.

Fourth, the site is a commercial site, not the normal retail site, which makes it very difficult to program for a first site and required 3 total revisions to make it work right.

Fifth, discouragement could have caused us to quit trying. For example, our computer was outdated. We purchased a new one that blew up, had it replaced, the replacement also gave up the ghost, which lead to a replacement for the replacement. All in all, 2 months were lost.

Sixth, my wife was hospitalized 3 times starting in August for a knee replacement and required extensive home treatment.

Seventh, we are both too old to be starting a business, my wife will be 69 in August, and I am disability retired.

Eighth, my main customer kept stealing things from my site to help his site out. He has admitted that after 14 years his site finally started working only after stealing things from mine.

Ninth, I have been hospitalized four times for my heart, once for kidney stones plus kidney surgery since August of 2007.

While it may seem that everything was against me that simply was not the case. Where are we today with the business? We are now incorporated. We borrowed every cent. I don’t know if I would really suggest that people borrow all the money we did, but it has certainly worked well for us.

The first site is doing very well. We are to the point that not only is the business paying all our expenses, the business is now paying off the loans, and has been paying down debt at an increasing rate since the first of the year.

Our website works so well that we have quoted a single project of over $350,000.00. We have had a number of quotes of over the $100,000.00 mark. I have been forced to look for better partners in this business due to the size and complexity of the quotation requests. We have also given quotes on several military projects. Not many companies get the opportunity to do so. In additional, we now have international customers. I have been taught how to write ad copy by PMI. Their aid in this vital area has enabled the site to draw the visitors needed to support the costs of the enterprise until the natural hits started to kick in.

We just received a P.O. (Purchase Order)forover $27,000.00 to do special 3D CAD work. The end client is the USNavy. It is our first job for the Navy. The intermediate client's name is acommonly known household name.

There is more good news. We are quoting addition projects for the intermediate firm. Even more important, if we do a good enough jobs on the current project, the intermediate firm has already told us that they know other firms that need the same services, and they will solicit business for us from those companies.

This whole chain started from one contact from the site in January of this year. They clicked on an ad PMI taught me how to write. WOW!!! Love those PMI Advisors!!!

Every time I talk to one of you, I learn so much, that I am severely tempted to pat myself on the back, because I was smart enough to get you on my team. I must admit however, that a great deal of the credit for the success of the site goes to all the wonderful advisors that have helped me so much. Without PMI advisors helping me, it would be a rotten site.

This time around I got the site listed on delicious. In addition, I learned about the value of longer keyword phrases for the site. I am working on composing them and getting them on the home page and individua lpages as well. The site just keeps getting better.

Thanks,

George & Theressa E.
