The PMI Program has given me great insight into the world of e commerce from running both as standalone website and an ebay store. Each is very different and requires some unique training and knowledge. The coaches at PMI are extremely knowledgeable and are quick to respond to any request no matter how small it seems to you. They truly are just a phone call away. They are experts in ebay, the psychology behind ebay and how to maximize auction dollars in listing formats.

They are also great business entrepreneurs who understand what it takes to make money. My favorite quote from a coach was that “you don’t make money when you sell a product; you make it when you buy a product”. This was profound to me and showed that in a competitive environment like ebay buying at the lowest cost is paramount. Their software was great in helping to decide what to sell and pricing and the listing of potential product sources was a tremendous help in getting started with some product.

I particularly liked the training being given via the web and that it was recorded for you to view at your leisure which made it much more convenient as I was working a full time job while trying to get this business started. There is truly great potential in this program to run the business as your only source of income. I chose to run it as a supplemental income stream and continue to work also, I am now rethinking that option.

PMI’s lessons were the biggest help, they taught me about niche sourcing, choosing a product to sell and getting feedback on eBay.

Hand-holding from PMI coaching, when possibilities seemed endless, helped me keep focus. Their communication was great and I loved them teaching me their ideas, which helped me understand whether to do eBay store or stand alone store – I chose to do both.

The statistics of the Ebay store are as follows – I have been running the store for only 5 months part time approx 10-20 hours per week and the total sales are $15,000 with the last three months averaging $3,115 per month. Imagine what I could do if I focused 10% of my time.

I have great news.  We just received a P.O. (Purchase Order) for over $27,000.00 to do special 3D CAD work.  The end client is the US Navy.  It is our first job for the Navy.  The intermediate client's name is a commonly known household name.

There is more good news.  We are quoting addition projects for the intermediate firm.  Even more important, if we do a good enough jobs on the current project, the intermediate firm has already told us that they know other firms that need the same services, and they will solicit business for us from those companies.

This whole chain started from one contact from the site in January of this year.  They clicked on an ad PMI taught me how to write.  WOW!!!  Love those PMI Advisors!!!

Every time I talk to one of you, I learn so much, that I am severely tempted to pat myself on the back, because I was smart enough to get you on my team.  I must admit however, that a great deal of the credit for the success of the site goes to all the wonderful advisors that have helped me so much. Without PMI advisors helping me, it would be a rotten site.

This time around I got the site listed on delicious.  In addition, I learned about the value of longer keyword phrases for the site.  I am working on composing them and getting them on the home page and individual pages as well.  The site just keeps getting better.

I have been working with eBay as a seller now for about 8 years.  I have searched and searched for good or money making products.  Over that period of time I did find that South West Native style jewelry was a good seller and have kept up with it off and on.  But could never get it to make the amount of money I was looking to make. About two years ago I found myself with a flexible home loan that was making it really hard for me to make ends meet.  I am the sole breadwinner in my home so I knew that it was time to get serious about making eBay match my other income so I could be a two-income home.  I contacted PMI for that very reason.

I am dedicated and have a desire to succeed and be financially independent.  If someone could just give me some tips and secrets, I know I could make it work.  I spent plenty of time looking and searching for information on products to no avail.  I just couldn’t get it to work.

PMI took me to a whole new world, before I began the program I was in financial disarray. PMI showed us research tools to be able to find products to sell, we learned where to look and find suppliers and how to approach them. We also enjoyed Learning the difference between wholesalers and dropshippers and how to get setup with them

Now after 4 months with PMI, I have become a Silver Powerseller, and continue to work my way up.  I now have several products in mind and in motion for sale.  Our store has now grossed $107,000 and we are projecting $250,000 for 2010.  All I needed was the push from PMI’s Success Team and knowledge from their courses to make things work.  And yes, they are working!  I am so excited to see the progress, as well as the many profitable transactions.  I am going to make it and PMI was my guide.
