What has brought you the greatest return on your real estate investments?
 

Once our Ft. Lauderdale condo is sold…we will be able to pay off all credit cards and mortgages and be debt free!!! Once the Lecanto property is sold we will most likely well exceed the $50,000 per year extra income goal. None of this was more than a pipe dream six months ago!

It’s amazing to see what has happened to us in the last 6 months. Our “impossible” goals were to get out of debt and earn an additional $50,000 per year from real estate. Now, everything is in place to achieve those goals and more.

Once our Ft. Lauderdale condo is sold, hopefully by the end of August, but before September 30th, we will be able to pay off all credit cards and mortgages and be debt free!!!

If we decide to develop the Lecanto property into a self-storage operation instead of selling the land, we will accomplish our final goal of acquiring $1,000,000 worth of income producing commercial property.

None of this was more than a pipe dream six months ago! It all began to gel when we listened over and over to the training and Al came to a conviction that it was mostly himself that was preventing his dreams from happening. Then when Al got the call about mentoring, he knew that he had to do it because he knew he needed the accountability and encouragement. And that, above all else, is what you gave us. Not to diminish in any way all the teaching and tips you gave us week after week, but it was the regular accountability and encouragement from someone professional who sincerely cared about us that seemed to unleash a constant stream of amazing developments.

And the icing on the cake was Al being able to be equipped to play a crucial role in the acquisition of the church property.
