The PMI program focuses on taking action. You cannot make money in real estate just by reading the training materials. With the encouragement to “take action” and the guidance provided by PMI, helped direct that action appropriately; my wife and I were able to purchase 4 properties and quickly resold three or them for a $75,000 profit while keeping the other one for immediate positive cash flow and longer term growth.

PMI gave us encouragement that it could be done and encouragement to do it. Once we joined, we watched the lessons and read through the material to gain a better understanding of how things work. We made our first purchase in 3 months.

PMI helped us specifically understand the foreclosure process, what to look for and how to physically go after it.

We met our one year earnings goal in about 9 months and are continuing to “take action”.
