Most recently, I walked away from the settlement table with over $46K. More importantly than increasing my net worth, I have gained the confidence to repeat what I have done over and over which has enabled me to live my life however I please without the worry of running out of time or money. I also realize that I had it in me the whole time but in the past I was always too gun shy to pull the trigger.

In conclusion, I encourage anyone to just do it and if you fail the first time, don’t give up. The rewards are long term if you can just think a little different.
