We closed our 3rd deal today. YEAH! We even went and made a copy of the check for $29,607.10. We flipped straight out. The other two are on land contracts. It was really mind-numbing getting that kind of check. WOW! We only had the place a little over a month and didn’t have to do anything to it. Thanks again!

We even went and made a copy of the check we received today for $29,607.10. It was the first one we flipped straight out. The other two are on land contracts. It was really mind-numbing getting that kind of check. WOW!
