Success is in the eye of the beholder and nothing more. This program started me off, pointed me in the right direction and it was then up to me to take the first step. It started by me just cruising neighborhoods looking for property, then going to my local real estate meetings and networking with other investors and people like myself. I used various marketing tactics to get my name and service out there and soon people were calling me left and right wanting my contracts to then be assigned to them. After six months of being with the program, my first deal closed, then another, then another and so on. In the following six months I closed over ten deals with a profit of $50,000. When I needed, I used the one-on-one coaching for guidance or answers to my questions.
