Having recently lost my mother, I was at a point where I was reevaluating my life. Shortly thereafter, I found myself injured on the ski slopes of Vail Valley one day prior to the anniversary of what would have been my mother’s birthday. It was during my recovery from ACL reconstructive surgery, I thought all about the things I had taken for granted, i.e., walking without a brace and crutches. Pretty soon, discouragement set in and I came very close to dialing the same number I had originally called in hopes of getting a refund for both the materials and the coaching. Instead, I decided to believe I’d overcome this new problem. I would soon get back my ability to walk and never again would I take my mobility for granted. In doing so, I resolved then as I do today, to achieve all the things I had always dreamed of doing in my life.

The coaching aspect from the Real Estate Advisory Team was invaluable to my success.I learned the core basics, such as, how to locate properties and quickly assess their worth. When it came down to me submitting my first purchase offer, [PMI] was there for me one-hundred percent of the way. Not only did [they] discuss my plan of action, they even looked over the necessary documents. Bottom line, I never felt like I was all alone, as I felt during the aforementioned incident on the ski slopes.

This month, I will be closing on two properties. Each day, I feel more and more confident as I draw from success I created in the Real Estate coaching program.
